From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
The proposed Fair Trade Act law is censorship and denies freedom of speech. All people have access to any venue that they choose to express themselves. The government has no right to restrict access to anyone for any reason. You must keep restrictions out of the internet, radio, and print. We all have a right to all facts, no matter what they may be, concerning anything we wish to know about. Everyone is free to use their own faculties to arrive at their own conclusions. If the government decides that not enough people are agreeable to their agenda, they will restrict the media to allow only their bias. This is not freedom. This is not America.
