From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
To the FTC: The First Amendment to the Constitution makes clear that or free speech rights are sacrosanct. No branch of our Federal government: executive, legislative or judicial has the power to curtail free speech. Nor are bureaucrats in the FTC or anywhere else in our government free to censor or ban speech, or place any unfair regulations upon it. Proposed intervention by the FTC on the Internet, radio talk shows and every other venue are strictly prohibited by the Constitution. We respectfully demand that the FTC to abide by the ultimate law of our land.
