From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Dear Sir: I am writing to say that I do NOT support your document “Potential Policy Recommendations to Support the Reinvention of Journalism,”. The Constitution of the United States of America states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” I demand that the FTC follow the constitution and stay out of trying to control speech. There is little good in the proposed policy. Please scrap this policy and leave the journalist alone.
