From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Dear Sirs and Madams- It is vitally important to our country and fundamental to its founding that the government not interfere with journalism. It cannot tax the citizens and promote any form of journalism without the grave danger of influencing the content. The role of the press is to observe and disseminate without government influence. Please do not promote and programs that include taxation of the citizens or use any misguided tools like taxing instruments of the information age. Please stand firm on the principles of limited government that have kept us free. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Terrance Sullivan
