From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
I am apalled that this subject is even being discussed. The 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America is very clear on this matter. Unlike members of the current administration and Congress, I will abide by the oath I took to "defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foriegn and domestic". The FTC has no right or authority to usurp the Constitutional guarantee of "free speach". Stop this endeavor to institute illegal restrictions on privately operated public communications.
