From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
The Soviet Union had their News agency, Tass. They were known for their press censorship. It appears as if the U.S. Government has taken a page from the Soviet journalist text book. It is called censorship,and there is a vague reference in the First Ammendment of our Constitution concerning the freedoms speech, and the Press. I do believe that these are still our "Core Liberties". Or have you not read the Bill of rights either? The Government has to be kept away from the News Media, and the presses.
