All consumers should know with 100% certainty if they will be incurring monthly credit card charges. It is fraud when businesses advertise free samples on their web sites and hide with small print under Terms and Conditions all the details regarding the ongoing credit card fees. This happened to me when I ordered AcaiBerry on-line. When I got the package there was nothing inside about any monthly billing or how to order more of the product. Then I get my credit card bill and I see a charge for @$80.00. I called right away and was told under Terms and Conditions it said what the charges were. I went back on the web site and saw at the very bottom in very small print Terms and Conditions and how you had to call within 30 days, etc. By then it was already too late and I got stuck with the $80.00 bill. This is an outrage that businesses can scam you in this way. When you order on-line, right on the screen where you put in your mailing address, there should be a mandatory check box with large font that says: "By clicking here, I agree to monthly credit card fees of $0.00 and I have 30 days to cancel my order", or something similar. It is fraud to be billed for fees that you know nothing about and never agreed to. Consumers need to be protected!
