I order a free trial and was charged 85 dollars. I did not know what the charge was from until I called my credit card. My credit cards told me what to do. Unfortunately it was to late by the time I called to cancel the item, because they had already sent and charged me the second month. I looked on line for the fine print, because you do not receive any confirmation information and it is a catch 22 because by the time you know if your credit card is charged it is to late, you have the item and nothing in the paperwork sent states what to do if you no longer want the product. THis needs to be addressed so that others no what to do. Online there is no information in regards to who to call.
