16 CFR Part 425: "Rule Concerning the Use of Prenotification Negative Option Plans"
I paid for shipping only for free trials of Dazzle White and for Total White Teeth Whitening Pen, after reading accolades from users on AOL's hme page link. They impressed that the two worked wonders if used together, and that there was a discount on the shipping (only $1.99 and $2.99 respectively). Then I got a billing notice for $76.00. It took me over 2 hours to reach Dazzle White to refuse their product and was told I would have to return the pen they sent at my postage withing 2 weeks. I got the same info from Total White. I had to pay certified mail to ship products back to them. This was a total scam. I never even used the second product, used the first one two days before I learned I would be charged. In fact when I finally got hold of someone at Dazzle White, he offered to cut the fee to 1/2 price if I kept the subscription going. I told him I could not afford it at any price. I went to post office and paid over $6.00 to return both products. This is the website for one: http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/index.php
