I could not make my minimum credit card payments, and my debt was out of control. I contacted "Debt Regret", to discuss their program before deciding whether to file bankruptcy. I was very happy with the response I received. The Debt Analyst answered my questions over the phone, and because the company was local, I even met with him in person; he spent a couple hours with me, reviewing my situation, and making some recommendations, in addition to answering my questions. I felt very good about being able to be out of debt in a couple years. I signed up with Debt Regret, and was assigned a personal Debt Consultant who contacts me at least twice monthly to see how I'm doing and answer any questions I may have. The company has worked out a plan which is affordable to me, allowing me to put aside money to pay towards my debt. I also have received an excellent settlement on one of my accounts so far. All the people I have worked with have been very helpful, friendly, and courteous, and professional. They have a trained staff who knows the credit industry and how to negotiate with creditors. They have been honest with me in all areas, and I feel they have my debt reduction in their best interest. I can call my Debt Consultant any time if I have a question, or need some information. I am very happy with the service and results I have received from Debt Regret. Please DO NOT regulate debt settlement out of business; Debt Regret (America's Debt Solution) has provided me a valuable service at a time when I thought there was no option besides bankruptcy.
