There is nothing "unfair or deceptive" about respecting another teacher's roster of students. It is simply a matter of respect to not pilfer income from another teacher by trying to steal his or her students. If you feel that this is indeed somehow "unfair or deceptive," then you best investigate doctors offices and law firms, as an example. I'm certain those businesses practice respect among their peers. This is a waste of resources and a blatant intrusion on a respectable organization that wants nothing more than to foster the love of music and the arts in people- particularly children- who, I may add are being robbed of the arts in their schools. Leave MTNA alone and do something worthwhile with my tax dollars.
