I am appalled that the FTC has nothing more fruitful to do than to harass piano teachers. Why don't you go bother a bank or airline or maybe a telephone company? If you found something in the NMTA bylaws that you feel is in violation of your principles, how about just asking them to remove the offending statements and be done with it? And what does this mean, " The order also requires MTNA to maintain an antitrust compliance program." I assume that means more FTC bureaucrats getting paid to continue to waste our tax dollars? The FTC needs to attend to some REAL problems...and if you can't think of any, I can help you with some suggestions. Regards.
