This is a request for the FTC to "crack down" on misuse of the word "organic" in the advertising and/or packaging of personal care products that do not meed independent, 3rd party verification standards. The same standards that must be met by organic food producers should apply to personal care manufacturers as well. Please stop the widespread use of dishonest advertising in the personal care industry. Thank you.
