As an individual who works with many young people, I know all to well the dangers of drinks like Four Loko. Simply changing the label and the cap will do too little to change the fact that this product is intended for young people and for them to drink them to excess. How often do we drink out of a 24 oz bottle of soda, put the lid on it, and come back to it tomorrow. Rarely, if ever. If anything, the cap serves merely to prevent spilling. With the high alcohol content, this is very dangerous. As people drink one of these drinks, their judgment is already impaired, the sweet flavor, and the marketing tactics used by these companies is not meant to encourage only one drink, but to encourage continued drinking.
