This is upsetting to me. A few months ago my 8 year old daughter racked up hundreds of dollars of charges on our mobile devices buying electronic diamonds and coins for the games she was playing. At the time, we thought we were authorizing the purchase of only one game for $.99 or $1.99. We were upset with her for racking up the bills and she kept saying "Dad, I had no idea". As it turns out, she really didn't have any idea (of course, nor did we) that we were authorizing another 15 minutes of unlimited charges! I am so thankful that the FTC and other consumers uncovered this terribly deceptive practice. I am not certain if $32.5M will cover the entire damage for those affected, and I hope that I retained documentation to make a recovery.
