I received my money back after a first problem with the sims application on the ipad (my son bought without knowing some extras). Few months later, the same sort of thing occurred (I don't know why because my son was aware then but he didn't realized he was once again using things he had to buy). I wrote to the same department but received a mail saying it was not possible this time to receive my money back. The numbers of the buyings are in the mails in the attached documents. I know it is in french but I imagine you can see that with the french apple department. I couldn't find the frenche application form. Thanks by advance.
