Why would you tell all my customers I’m spying on them because I used PCRental? Do you know the trouble you have caused by reporting this? You seem to have misled a lot of people about how we do business. I believe you are reckless, don’t have proper oversight, and is a perfect example of what’s wrong with this country. States should be investigating this based on complaints from consumers. I am very familiar with the case that prompted this in WY. Put what you are not being told is what really happened. I own rental stores and I can tell you there are always two sides of the story. Let me share with you just some common sense. 1. The receipt that the couple produces has been altered and does not say what was paid for. 2. You cannot walk into an Aaron’s store and get a hand written receipt. All the receipts are computer generated. Also you get a printed certificate of ownership. Now, ask yourself the question, why would the store employee show the couple a picture of them using the computer? “Hi, I’m Joe from Aaron’s and here’s a picture of you so give me my computer?” This only makes sense when a prior question was asked of them and they denied having it. The only reason you’d show someone a picture from the webcam of them using it was to prove they have it. And the only reason why you’d want to prove that is because they are claiming they do not. So, the prior question asked of the couple was do you have this computer? Now that we have established the facts, why would the Aaron’s customer deny having it? Well that’s because they know that they did not obtain it legally or under questionable circumstances. Please get your facts straight in things you investigate and stop the reckless bulling you seem to be doing.
