I am very happy something is being done about this. I was furious last fall when I had $49.27 worth of charges on my debit card because of undisclosed in-app charges at the hands of my 8 year-old son. I can't imagine the anger and hardship this may have caused to other Apple customers who's children racked up hundreds in minutes. When this happened to me, I immediately went online to research and found several sites, including an Apple/Itunes blog that said "don't bother complaining, Apple will NOT refund your money". confirmed by 100's... Thanks to the FTC for creating this change!
