FTC to Hold Workshop Examining Online Event Ticket Sale - Agency Seeks Input in Advance of March 2019 Workshop; Project No. P18450
Im really tired of buying tickets at $99.00 and ending up paying closer to $125.00. They add on convience fees & other fees. I personally dont find it very user friendly. I bought 2 tickets from ticketmaster for Rod Stewart for 199.00 a ticket, at check out the price was $452.70 after all there fees. I did all the work on my computer. I even printed my own tickets. It would cost more if they sent them to you. They did nothing but have a website for access & made $53.00 on 2 tickets. They have a monopoly & consumers dont have any other option except not going to the shows. Its a rip off!!
