Hearing #1 On Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century - Sept. 13-14 at Georgetown University Law Center
Please, FTC, be better than the FCC. Don't drop the ball on the crucial issue of net neutrality. Fair access to the Internet must be protected. Despite the lobbying from ISPs the FTC should not abandon the defense of net neutrality as the FCC unfortunately did. Do not give in to pressure to issue new rules which would prevent states from passing their own net neutrality laws, as California has done. More than ever, democracy depends on free access to information!
