The Open Markets Institute (OMI) welcomes the opportunity to offer its perspective for the FTCs Hearings on Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century (Project Number P181201). OMI submits this comment to explain how the FTC can employ antitrust to help workers. OMI also attaches a recent commentary by a staff member that describes how contemporary antitrust has robbed workers of power.
