The Internet Society (ISOC) is pleased to submit these comments in response to the Federal Trade Commissions (FTC) Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century Hearings, Project Number P181201, topic 4. The Internet Society is a global not-for profit organization that supports and promotes the development of the Internet as a global technical infrastructure, a resource to enrich peoples lives, and a force for good in society.
