Not too long ago Andrea shed light on 'consumer tracking' here on Inman revealing disturbing mandates as a condition on mls idx/vow feed. Then acting NAR anti trust officer Ralph Holman told me in no uncertain terms that mls's could 'require any condition they wanted' for us to get a feed. This was utterly false and a specific prohibition under the consent decree. Requiring brokers to place trojan software on their web servers to silently feed client identities, interest, and actions to undisclosed parties (listrac) is on outrageous assualt on our very own Code of Ethics.
