Dear FTC, The complete vertical integration of data source and appraisal software with CoreLogic's latest acquisition of "ala mode" appraisal software company is cause for concern. As a residential appraiser for over 25 years, I think this latest acquistion has gone too far. CoreLogic acquired Marshall and Swift (residential cost data company) a couple years ago and that acquisition started me wondering about CoreLogic's greater control over the appraisal process. With the Marshall and Swift, Realist data company, and now the "ala mode" acquisition, the vertical integration is complete. It creates a one company monopoly from start to finish of the entire appraisal process. As an appraiser, how can I provide independnet analysis when all the data is from one source? Please review this latest acquisition. Thank you for considering my public comment.
