FTC 16 CFR Part 315 Public Workshop Examining Contact Lens Marketplace And Analyzing Proposed Changes To The Contact Lens Rule

Dear FTC, I am an optometrist in a private practice setting, in a suburb of Los Angeles, and working solo. The proposed Contact Lens Rule is a needless paperwork burden on my staff's duties and my business. California law already requires me to post a sign in my office (attached) that notifies patients of their rights under the law, and I adhere to it. Please reconsider this mandate, since it punishes the overwhelming majority of law-abiding doctors just to address the behavior of a few outliers. Sincerely, Tony Chahine, O.D.
