I don't think the proposed settlement is fair. Nectar isn't being punished for their illegal activity, and past customers aren't being compensated in any way. I haven't even seen anything that indicates Nectar even has to inform past customers that they lied! That should be the bare minimum, so past customers know what was done to them, and so they know the true origin of the products they bought. In dealing without our own Nectar order, I found everything about the company to be unprofessional, shady, and a borderline scam. I've filed comments about this company before, and I think a serious investigation, with actual penalties, is warranted at this point.
