As a Venmo account holder, I understand that you did NOT penalize Venmo for withholding customer funds, and that some of those customers suffered a loss, because they sold items but Venmo withheld payment. This is not acceptable. You should at least force them to repay any customer that lost money under the deal or penalize them for the exact amount to be distributed to those that lost money.
