To the FTC: I've been taking part in the Victory Media survey for Veteran Friendly schools since it began. I have seen the evolution of this survey and feel this latest version by far clearly identifies which schools are Veteran Friendly. Anyone who thinks Niagara University's rating were a result of "pay for play" need only look at my budget and quickly realize I lack any resources for that type of activity. I will also like to add, NEVER once did any member of Victory Media suggest or imply to me the ranking of my school would improve if I was to advertise with Victory Media. I am friends with the Veterans Directors at this years and last years number 1 schools. Both men are true professionals with the greatest integrity. Both of their programs are outstanding. Every school in Western New York that has a Veterans Services office benchmarks their programs off of D'Youville college. It is my strongest opinion that anyone nay-saying about this survey hasn't taken the time to come to our schools and meet our people and student veterans. If they did, they would understand why we earned the title of "Veteran Friendly". Anyone who is interested in learning more about our program here at Niagara University is invited to come here and see for themselves that Victory Media got it right. Thank You Robert Healy, Director of Veteran Services Niagara University
