It is insufficient to simply order consent and monitoring. FTC cases against companies which materially misrepresent (aka LIE) about privacy compliance must include meaningful penalties, not just in potentially increased costs of doing business, but to disgorge a reasonable estimation of profits illegally gained by the misrepresentation, and to further function as sufficient deterrence against other companies committing similar fraudulent acts against the consumer.
