[redacted] Personally, I think the Can-Spam rule isn't cost effective and can never meet it's objectives and is therefore pointless in the face of a vastly superior option: I have a fairly simple system to end all email spam for all time. (With an optional method of delivering spam to only those who request it.) I'm not expecting a response as I didn't get one when Obama was President so this is more to prove that the various US governent departments under the new president Trump, who have sworn to protect the citizens of the USA, aren't actually interested in doing so i.e. aren't interesterd in ending email spam or cybercrime.
