Dear FTC: If what I've just read is correct, I'm incredulous that you would even CONSIDER allowing Car Max and other used car dealers to advertise their cars as being "fully inspected" and "safe" if they have dangerous uncorrected recall problems. That's profoundly morally obtuse--even evil--not to mention just plain stupid. How much are the used car companies bribing you to ignore the public interest and put ALL customers who do business with these profoundly crooked used-car companies at risk of loss of life and limb? I don't know if anyone in the government and its regulatory agencies really considers themselves "Christian" these days, but if any of you actually do, please remember Jesus' statement, "Inasmuch as you do it to the least of these my brethren, you do it to me." Shame on you. Larry Foster
