I have been using my hands to carve waxes modify waxes and ultimately cast these wax into all Karat of Gold and Silver, as well as Platinum. This is not all I consistently use natural gold Nuggets inmy castings and also add them to the finished cast items. I certainly am not using my toes but my fingers and hands to pour molten metals into a casting machine, into molds for making wire to add to castings, as well. Once this casting is ready we have to file and sand it down then polish it to a bright polish and then set the stones. It doesn't get done by robots. We don't use our feet we use our hands. Wish I could send you a picture of my darkened cracked fingers to show you what they look like from years of working with my hands making jewelry.
