Consumer Fraud Survey 2016: Paperwork Comment, FTC File No. P105502 I am in favor of the survey and believe it should be taken. I also believe it should be open enough to cover incoming calls to landline phones, especially if those land lines go to homes occupied by the elderly, who are reportedly as a group more susceptible to fraud. I guess what I'm saying is it seems to me the most common way fraud is perpetrated is via the phone and specifically targeted to the elderly. And that should be looked at. As well as looking at restricting fraud of any kind over any cell number. In addition, more advertising and notification on how to report fraud is needed.
