It's hard to imagine that in the year 2016, states are still being allowed to impose draconian and outdated regulations to punish car manufacturers from selling directly to consumers. We don't need dealerships to "protect" (read drive up costs unnecessarily) us when purchasing a car. Companies who have directly sales models should not be punished unfairly and subjected to a myriad of states' regulations, which are subject to increasing pressure from NADA as their outdated business model is threatened.
