RE: Auto Distribution Workshop, Project No. P131202 I believe that allowing States to ban direct sales of Cars such as Tesla is against the People of America. Where is the American dream when someone can't start their own car company and have dealers???? Where is the freedom of America if I, as a consumer, can't buy a car that someone has made, is legal and passed all Federal tests? Again is sounds like the Movie Tucker all over again. FTC should be for the people, Tesla and other auto manufacturers should be allow to have their own dealerships for any legal, safety passed vehicle in any State. Personally I can't afford one, we live off of $25k a year - but I am appalled that my State as others won't allow them to have a dealership - How is that America?????
