In the Matter of Holder Rule Review, FTC File No.P164800; Docket No. HHS--OPHS--2015--0008
This rule is an excellent basis for increasing consumer confidence and should be upheld to increase consumer confidence and to hold sellers accountable without third party interference. This rule simply strengthens the contract between consumers and sellers. I would think it would be a great incentive to increase sales of consumer goods as well. I wanted to add the rule should be upheld for real consumers and sellers with legitimate contracts to buy and sell consumer goods in the United States and strengthens and reinforces the need for standards for contract law.
