As a physician, I have found single-remedy homeopathic medicines to be very safe and also very effective in my medical practice. As a dermatologist, I have found that single-remedy homeopathic medicines have allowed me to reduce or avoid the use of oral antibiotics in my acne vulgaris patients. I have also found single-remedy homeopathic medicines have helped me reduce the amount of topical steroids used by my atopic eczema patients. I learned about homeopathic medicine through an two year study course I took from the British Institute of Homeopathy (USA). However, a great way for the general public to learn about homeopathic medicine is by visiting the National Center For Homeopathy's website: www.homeopathycenter.org
