FTC to Host September Workshop in Washington, DC, to Examine Advertising for Over-the-Counter Homeopathic Products
I have been using Homeopathic medicine, largely after some research on my end. The marketing material helps to understand the general direction, however I read online about the ingredients. As with all homeopathic remedies, one needs to see if the remedy picture fits your specific conditions. In case of mass market formulations (for Injury - first aid, or cough, etc.) the research of the ingredients is not essential, however recommended. This will help the user to understand whether the formulation will help you (such as dry cough v/s mucousy cough, or internal injury v/s open wounds, etc.) In my experience, homeopathic remedies help you "cure" your condition, rather than "manage" your condition and hence they are far superior to the mainstream medicines.
