FTC to Host September Workshop in Washington, DC, to Examine Advertising for Over-the-Counter Homeopathic Products
I am a double board-certified family physician specializing in classical homeopathy, nutritional and botanical medicine, chelation, bio-oxidative, and bio-identical hormone therapy with over thirty years experience practicing the gentler art and science of integrative medicine. Over the course of my medical career, I have directly observed homeopathic medicines, both OTC and prescription, to be very safe, non-toxic, highly therapeutically effective, and cost-efficient for a wide range of acute and chronic disease conditions. They have proven to be excellent for promoting the health and wellness of my many thousands of patients, as well as the American public in general. The FTC should and must support public access to homeopathic medicines, as well as promote further research via the NIH AND NCCAM. Thank you for your kind attention. Mitchell A.
