I feel the rule that a prescription is deemed accurate if the prescriber does not respond within 8 business hours is a mistake. If the seller faxes the request to the wrong number a patient may be harmed. Also there is no way to indicate that the prescriptions have been filled and therefore no more lenses should be sold.
