Dear FTC Staff, I'm Professor Gori, from the University of Bergamo, Italy, I published some papers in rehabilitation on the top ranked international journals and I would like to express all my support to Professor Seitz, which is one of the best young scientist in the world in Vision Science. I would like to specify that that the approach proposed by Prof. Seitz is beneficial as supported by important studies published in the international top ranked journals, which imply they passed the peer review process done by the top experts in the field. It is very unfair, also, but not only, considering how many treatment software are sold every day without any scientific validation, that the app proposed by such a well known scientist as Prof. Seitz is, clearly supported by such important scientific literature, can be considered non scientifically supported. Moreover the FTC is harming the public by fining Prof. Seitz which is on the contrary did a great job translating lab studies in something beneficial to the people. I also would like to stress that double blind standard is not, by any means, the single measure of scientific efficacy. Based on that I would like to ask you to rethink the action that you started against Prof. Seitz because it is not only unfair to him but to all the scientific community. Best, Prof. Simone Gori, PhD
