In the Matter of Carrot Neurotechnology, Inc., File No. 1423132
I have personally used the software in question. I was aware of the relationship of Aaron Seitz as a researcher and founder of Carrot Neurotechnology, Inc. The research that is presented was sufficient to allow me to make a purchase decision at the current price level. I have found the software to be personally beneficial and well worth the price I paid. I believe the FTC is being over zealous in this case by the fine imposed on the two co-founders. I also do not feel that the FTC is in a position to judge the quality of the research presented. Were other qualified scientist employed by the FTC to discredit the research related to this product? Is there any evidence that there is no improvement when the software is used as advised?
