uber exploits drivers by slave wages & enticing them to commit private unsurance fraud. All VFH must have level 2 background check.Economist Glen Weyls advise to FTC needs to be thrown out as he is a Microsoft affiliate invested in Uber. His claim of interstate commerce violation by local gov that only wants fingerprints & no gap insurance is almost criminal insider trading & conflict of Interest. Josh Gans advise needs to be thrown out too as he is also captured by Uber. Claiming Ubers driver rating makes Uber safer than a taxi is lulls the public into a very dangerous false sense of security. Giving a driver a low rating after he sexually assaults is in no way shape or form A safety mechanism. Gans claim uber is the most highly self regulated based on driver ratings is absurd. Gans contempt for the taxi cab industry was more than obvious. An app is just next generation tech to order taxi service. Went fRom land line to cell phone to app. If I order a pizza on an app I am still ordering a pizza. Most cab and sedan operators use their private cars, and alot work part time. Claims that Uber is a different Animal is ridiculous. AsterRide is a national brand app with only commercially insured drivers. Let tech catch up legally before you rewrite laws for robber barons
