FTC Board, I do not agree with these submitted changes. I have been in the information technology business for over 30 years. The use electronic providers for delivery is unproven and too easily lost by way of changes of service providers, account loss/lockouts, and is not reliable to the rights that you have the responsibility to protect all. On examples would be low income people that currently may have phone and or online services subsidized by the government. A change in eligibility status could leave such a person uniformed. Mail services have survived for over 200 years combined with detailed and updated census date protects all of the citizens. To those who a regulated to notify should be the mailing costs as a part of doing business. If the persons in this industry are required to provide legal service by mail for court action, the same should be considered in updating basic privacy changes also. Thank you, MP
