To whom it may concern, Recently my husband made a job transition that required a move and a reduction in pay. I had been working as well, but with this new position it required me to travel along with him. This made finding a new job difficult. Our youngest son is away in college and working part time, but still needing our financial help. We decided we needed to find another source of income and thought our situation would be ideal for listing our home on Airbnb. The income has enabled us to help our son with college tuition and I feel like my time and effort getting our home ready and cleaning once guests leave is like working from home. The guests have enjoyed the local businesses and I am sure have helped the local economy as well. We have priced our home similar to rooms in the area and middle class travelers can have the option of cooking their own meals or traveling with pets. Airbnb has been a wonderful help to our family and being able to have extra income for our sons education. I am requesting this to be confidential and would like to have the laws continue to give homeowners freedom to use their private residence for personal income. Thank You [REDACTED]
