My wife and I own a high end Condo in Park City, Ut, which we 'share' with others facilitated by AirBNB. Before using their services, I vetted them very carefully, and found them to be a very reliable service. Before accepting me as a host they vetted me quite thoroughly, and all of the guests they refer to me come with recommendations and many times referrals. I have been using their service for approximately one year at this point and I have had a signifigant number of guests stay in my condo. I have been very pleased and satisfied with the guests, the way that they have used and the condition they have left the condo, and the feedback I have received from the guests indicates that there satisfaction level is similar. I have had no issues in dealing with AirBNB management at all, however, I do have the sense that they probably lean to protect the user more so than the host, even though I have no concrete evidence that may be the case. At thi point, I have no plans to discontue using the service, it is working well for me. Feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Roger Dilling [REDACTED]
