I write in support of Uner as a viable choice of transportation in Miami. As recently as May 27 we arrived at MIA and took a Yelliw Cab home. The driver was abusive to the point we wanted to be let out. He had not set his meter and cursed away. By the time we reached our home, we were both relieved and angry. We would have used Uner, but did not know if they could pick-up at the airport. We have been using Uber since they arrived in town. [REDACTED] The driver's have been very caring and competent. When I need to have a medical procedure done, my husband accompanies me, but cannot drive me home, so we use Uner and the worry and stress is greatly reduced. It is time to provide the residents of Miami-Dade County with a transportation choice. Not only is the service efficient, reasonably priced and a breeze to use, they make the need to use their service enjoyable. Please support the approvals being sought to keep Uber growing and available.
