I rent my small cottage through AirBnB to supplement my income. I am really starting to rely on income generated from renting my cottage on AirBnB. I will be 60 years old on May 30th, 2015 and I am a software engineer. As I age, getting contracts is becoming more challenging and supplementing my income with AirBnB has become a necessity. There are many advantages to using AirBnB: Airbnb's trust and safety and messaging tools help me get to know the people I choose to share my space with. Airbnb is an important option for middle class families in America to earn extra money. Please don't limit or curtail this. Times are getting hard for us all. The guests who stay at Airbnb listings generate sustainable, local economic activity that supports the small businesses in communities across the country. Not just in Santa Barbara. I hope you will take a moment to think about this and do something right for the little guy. Sincerely, Jon E. Marinello
