You should contact the rider of this trip for his Uber experience: Trip 0227db2a-009b-4ab4-9f43-a70e48dbd7ec I picked them up at midnight at a Shell gas station. A husband Bob, wife and their two daughters. They had flown in to Miami International Airport. They got in a cab to go to their hotel near the airport. Despite the rider, Bob, having directions to his hotel on his smart phone, and trying to direct the cab driver, the cab driver ignored him and kept driving in the wrong direction. The rider asked to be returned to the airport. The cab driver refused. In frustration, Bob and his family got out of the cab at a gas station in the dark at about midnight. Notice on my trip report how far away the gas station is from the airport and Bob's hotel destination (miles past the hotel). Bob called for an Uber driver. I responded and took the family of 4, and their luggage, directly to their hotel. I'm a snow bird from MA driving for Miami Uber while here in Florida for 3 months. I could find the hotel, and get this family safely there. Yet the Miami cab driver couldn't. Or wouldn't? It was extremely gratifying for me to help this family. I'm proud to be an Uber driver.
