My name is Sonless Martin. I earned my bachelors of Science with a concentration in 2007, pursued Graduate school in 2009 and have been searching for full time employment since then and have yet to find it. When I was referred to Uber by a friend I submitted the neccessary documents to become a driver. Once approved I began driving and really enjoyed the unlimited earning potential. Uber has allowed me the opportunity to make my own schedule, successfully satisfied household bills, pay down debt, and not to mention spend quality family time with my fianc?e and love ones. From the inception of me becoming a driver, I have yet to hear any negative remarks from riders. Riders continually applaud UBER for such a well though out business model thats filling a significant need at a minimum price. To put a restriction on UBER would serve as a disadvantage to me being a driver as well to riders. Uber is filling a unique need and personally has created a Win-Win for the rider, driver, and owners. In short, The Broward County commission should really consider allowing UBER to continue provide the wonderful service we do within Broward County.
